OCEM has organized two days international conference on the theme of "Green Technology and Talent Management" to address the problems associated with the talent management in Nepal and providing insights into recent innovations in green technology. The Conference was held on 10th and 11th May 2024 at Oxford College of Engineering and Management, Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, Nepal

During the OCEM's International Conference on "Green Technology and Talent Management" a panel discussion on talent is organized. The Moderator of the panel discussion was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Basanta Prasad Adhikari and panelists were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amit Shankar from IIM Vishakhapatnam, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Daya Raj Dhakal from Pokhara University, Prof. Dr. Anjay Kumar Mishra from Kathmandu College of Management and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rabindra Ghimire from Pokhara University.
