The Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) has always given top priority to providing outstanding education, establishing itself as a leading institution from the start. As a renowned educational hub, OCEM is dedicated to creating a research-focused environment. With the recognition of the need for structured oversight to advance research initiatives, the institution has set up the operational Research Management Cell (RMC). The RMC's main goal is to organize, support, and manage all research activities within OCEM and with external partners. To address this, OCEM is set to launch the "RMC Guidelines 2019" to improve the quality, volume, and impact of its research activities.

Although no publication and processing charges have been imposed to date, we uphold various quality criteria. Consequently, a significant budget is required for publication, which OCEM generously provides for Journal Publication. The Research Management Cell coordinates the entire publication process.
